Are my order and the return shipping free of charge?
Delivery and return are naturally free of charge and uncomplicated. In your package you will find a return note and return label. When returning the goods, please affix the sticker and deliver the parcel to your DHL branch. You will receive a receipt from DHL. You incur no costs.
Where can I try on your products?
You can order our goods from the DESOTO online shop and try them on comfortably at home. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving reasons, and to return the goods free of charge to the DESOTO online shop. Further information on the right of cancellation can be found in our General General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Care instructions - How do I wash my DESOTO products correctly so that I can enjoy them for a long time?
DESOTO shirts and blouses should be washed at a maximum of 40 ° delicates. Please use a mild detergent or color detergent, not a heavy-duty detergent. Heavy-duty detergents contain bleach and optical brighteners. Detergent for mild detergents, on the other hand, is gentle on the fibers as it contains no bleaching agents and optical brighteners, but more enzymes and soap. Fabric softener can also be used, but is not recommended for ecological reasons. Please open all buttons to prevent the buttonhole from tearing. Hang on a hanger to dry, button up and pull the seams into shape. Do not tumble dry!
